About :Our application will facilitate a group of people living in clusters (e.g. the same neighborhood, or a group of roommates), to shop on behalf of each other to save time, fuel, and energy. Users can save shopping lists, share shopping list with a person who is shopping or will be going to shopping in the near future. As a volunteered shopper or active shopper, the user can see all the shared list group wise and individually. Active shoppers can easily choose whom to shop for and whom to reject. Passive shoppers can request volunteered active shoppers to take them along for shopping as well. Payment can be made by passive shoppers instantaneously to active shoppers or to the store for the active shopper to carry it back.
This application can be installed and worked on any smartphone (both android and apple), can be accessed by any web browser and can be operated effortlessly by any user. We hope the principles of weak ties and peer recognition to be an encouragement factor for the use of the ‘O-Shop’ app. O-Shop will facilitate improvement in social networking by boosting user communication. Awareness of active shoppers and each others activities in a group will bring enhance social translucence in a community.

- Anonymity : Users will have choice about how much information they share and with whom.
- Posting : Timeline will be updated frequently based on the activities in the neighborhood.
- Synchronized list : This lists help the active shoppers and passive shoppers to manage the items on the list. Once an item is bought by the active shopper it will be checked on the shopping list immediately and will be synced to the passive shoppers list.
- Import from Wishlist : Users can maintain a wishlist where they can add the item which can be purchased in the future. App will have product suggestions, so as to help the user to make the list quickly.
- Store Information : All shopping stores’ information will be available instantly inside the app i.e.

- Sold outs
- Circles will act as communities which will have the option of privacy to set it open or closed.
